Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General

1.1. This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs the terms for refunds and subscription cancellations for the Service available at aicademy.study.

1.2. By paying for the Service, you agree to the terms of this Policy.

2. One-Time Purchases

2.1. Refunds are available within 14 calendar days of payment, provided the document generation has not been started.

2.2. If generation has been started or completed, no refund will be issued as the service is considered delivered.

2.3. In case of a technical failure that prevented generation from completing or produced unusable results, we will provide a free re-generation or a full refund at your choice.

3. Subscriptions

3.1. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

3.2. Upon cancellation, access to paid features remains until the end of the current billing period.

3.3. No refund is issued for the unused portion of a subscription period.

3.4. Automatic renewal stops after cancellation.

4. Add-ons

4.1. Purchased add-ons (e.g., Privacy) are tied to a specific project and are non-refundable once generation has started.

5. How to Request a Refund

5.1. To request a refund, email legal@aicademy.study with:

• Your account email
• Order ID or payment reference
• Reason for the refund request

5.2. We will review your request within 5 business days.

5.3. Refunds are processed using the original payment method.

6. Exceptions

6.1. Refunds will not be issued in cases of:

• Violation of the Terms of Service
• Fraudulent use of the Service
• Repeated refund requests without valid reasons
